What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We offer luggage storage if you arrive early or leave late.

How do I pay?

We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and cash (MXN or USD). A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Location & Safety

Is the area safe for solo travelers?

Yes, San Pedro Tepetitlan is a quiet, rural community. We have secure gates and 24/7 CCTV. For your peace of mind, we recommend using our private driver for evening outings.

Does Uber work in Teotihuacan?

Uber works for dropping you off here, but it can be difficult to find a driver to pick you up from here. We strongly recommend booking our private transport or asking us to call a local trusted taxi.

We are generally pet-free to maintain a quiet environment for all guests, but we make exceptions for service animals with prior notice.
